- All storage is billed for the length of the boat or slip, whichever is greater.
- Rates shown are for annual contracts. - Monthly contracts must commit to atleast 4 months of storage at an additional rate of $2 per foot (length of boat or slip, which ever is greater). - Metered power is currently billed at $0.10/kWh monthly per usage. |

- Wet Slip rates include parking lot and launch ramp use only by slip occupant.
- Trailer storage is available for an additional $20 per month. |

Documentation Fee

Roosevelt Lake Marina must be provided with the following information to secure storage at RLM and to avoid documentation fees:

A $50.00 Documentation Fee is due upon opening an account. The following documents need to be forwarded to our contract administrator within 30 days of your signed agreement date. Upon receipt of the documents, the $50.00 payment will be applied to future monthly fees. After the 30 days, any account that does not have the required documents in their file will be charged $50.00 per

1. Your boat liability insurance with a limit of not less than $300,000.00; Roosevelt Lake Marina must be named as an Additional Insured or listed as an interested party/certificate holder
